Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using c55 Agency Hub ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Authorised use only

The Platform is an internal tool operated exclusively for authorised c55 Creative employees and contractors. Accounts are issued by c55 Creative administrators. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Appropriate use

You agree to use the Platform only for legitimate c55 Creative business purposes. You must not:

  • Access client data beyond what is necessary for your role
  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent access controls
  • Export, copy, or reproduce client data outside approved c55 Creative systems
  • Use high-trust actions (suspend, terminate, restore) without authorisation from the relevant client manager
  • Attempt to access, modify, or delete data you are not authorised to access

4. Confidentiality

All client data accessible via the Platform is confidential. You must treat all client business information, login credentials, and operational data with the same level of care as c55 Creative's own confidential information, in accordance with your employment or contractor agreement.

5. No warranties

The Platform is provided for internal operational use on an "as is" basis. c55 Creative makes no warranty that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that all integrations will function at all times, given their dependency on third-party APIs (Google, WHM, TPP Wholesale).

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, c55 Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Platform, including data loss resulting from integration failures or incorrect use of high-trust administrative actions.

7. Changes

c55 Creative may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
